科技特派员制度研究的脉络及展望:基于CiteSpace的分析

摘　　要：科技特派员制度是1999年我国在农业科技领域的一项重要制度创新,在促进农村科技发展和乡村振兴等方面具有重要价值。基于中国知网数据库,使用CiteSpace可视化计量分析软件对我国科技特派员制度研究进行了综述分析,结果如下:①研究的关注程度受国家政策的影响;②张雨、高峰、简小鹰等人是发文量和被引次数均较多的作者;③中国农业科学院、浙江省科学技术厅、湖南农业大学是研究成果最多的3家机构;④研究热点关键词主要包括科技特派员、特派员制度、农村、农民、劳动者、创新、企业管理、新农村建设、试点工作等;⑤经历了3个发展阶段:初创和试点阶段(2000~2005年)、爆发式增长阶段(2006~2010年)、创新发展阶段(2011~2019年)。The science and technology commissioner system is an important institutional innovation in the field of agricultural science and technology in China in 1999, and has important value in promoting the development of agricultural science and technology and revitalizing the countryside. Based on the CNKI database, using CiteSpace visual metrology analysis software to review the research on China’s science and technology commissioner system, the results are as follows: ①The degree of research attention is affected by national policies;②Zhang Yu, Gao Feng, Jian Xiaoying, etc. are the authors with a lot of posts and citations;③The Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Zhejiang Science and Technology Department, and Hunan Agricultural University are the three institutions with the most research results;④Research hotspots mainly include science and technology commissioners, commissioner systems, rural areas, farmers, laborers, innovation, enterprise management, new rural construction, and pilot work;⑤experienced three development stages: start-up and pilot stage(2000-2005), Explosive growth stage(2006-2010), innovation development stage(2011-2019).
