非零和理论下传统村落村民参与的动态模式探讨

摘　　要：传统村落保护工作已成为我国城乡发展的重要问题。本文归纳了传统村落中村民参与保护存在的关键问题,指出了村民作为传统村落物质、文化、精神等要素的载体,应该受到重视并参与规划的主要思想。文章分析现有村民参与模式存在的问题,通过对动态性、多元性等因素的研究,运用非零和博弈理论建立模型,讨论了村民参与动态模式的类型、影响因素、过程机制,并进行动态模式的总结与归纳。在此基础上,对当代传统村落的村民参与做出展望。The protection of traditional villages has become an important issue in the development of urban and rural areas in China.This paper sums up the key problems of the villagers’participation in the protection of the traditional villages,and points out that the villagers,as the core of the historical and cultural values of the traditional villages,should be paid attention to and participate in the main ideas in the planning.Through the study of the dynamic and pluralistic factors,the types,influencing factors and process mechanism of villagers’participation in the traditional village protection planning are discussed,and the dynamic model of the traditional village villagers’participation is put forward by using the non zero sum game theory.On this basis,we call on policy makers to“decentralization”so that villagers can achieve real participation of villagers and pro-mote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas in China.
