平乐正骨中药治疗膝骨关节滑膜炎32例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察平乐正骨中药治疗滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法:将65例膝骨关节炎性滑膜炎的患者随机分成两组,观察组32例、对照组33例。观察组采用平乐正骨中药内服、外敷治疗,对照组采用口服塞来昔布片配合消痛贴膏外敷治疗,治疗前后采用VAS、WOMAC评分、B超进行相关指标的评价。结果:观察组总有效率为87.5%,对照组总有效率为78.79%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组肌骨超声检测关节积液、滑膜厚度、滑膜血流均有改善(P<0.05),两组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:平乐正骨中药内服、外敷疗法能有效缓解膝关节滑膜炎临床症状,减轻关节腔积液,并改善实验室检查指标。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Pingle orthopedic traditional Chinese medicine on synovitis of knee joint.Methods 65 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients with synovitis were randomly divided into two groups,32 cases in the treatment group,33 cases in the control group.The treatment group used Pingle orthopedic traditional Chinese medicine treatment,the control group was used in the control group oral administration of celecoxib combined with pain eliminating plaster treatment,VAS、WOMAC score and B excess were used to evaluate the relevant indexes before and after treatment.Results The total efficiency of treatment group was 87.5%,control group the total effective rate was 78.79%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The two groups after treatment of musculoskeletal ultrasound detection of joint effusion,synovial thickness,synovial blood flow were improved(P<0.05),between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Conclusion Pingle orthopedic traditional Chinese medicine can effectively^relieve clinical symptoms of knee joint synovitis,relieve joint effusion,and improve the indexes of laboratory exam-ination.
