摘 要:临床研究发现,动脉粥样硬化与骨质疏松常相伴出现,作为引起动脉粥样硬化公认的因素之一,氧化低密度脂蛋白(oxidized low density lipoprotein,Ox-LDL)是否是导致这两种疾病的启动因子?Ox-LDL对骨代谢如何影响?本文回顾了近年来在此领域的研究进展,分析了Ox-LDL在动脉粥样硬化和骨质疏松之间的转导作用,其中Ox-LDL对成骨细胞起抑制作用,从而对导致骨质疏松的机制起了重要作用,提示Ox-LDL可能是引起动脉粥样硬化和骨质疏松的关键因素。这为通过调控Ox-LDL共同治疗动脉粥样硬化与骨质疏松的药物研究提供新的思路。Clinical studies have found that atherosclerosis is often accompanied with osteoporosis.As one of the recognized factors causing atherosclerosis,is oxidized low-density lipoprotein(Ox-LDL)an initiator of these two diseases?How does Ox-LDL affect bone metabolism?This paper reviewed the research progress in this field in recent years,and analyzed the transduction role of Ox-LDL in atherosclerosis and osteoporosis,in which Ox-LDL inhibited osteoblasts and played an important role in the mechanism of osteoporosis,suggesting that Ox-LDL may be the key factor for atherosclerosis and osteoporosis.This provides a new idea for drug research on the treatment of atherosclerosis and osteoporosis by regulating Ox-LDL.
