摘 要:采用油浴法合成金属有机框架(metal-organic framework,MOFs)材料CPP-3(In)模板,不同温度焙烧后制备成In2O3气敏材料,并对其气敏性能进行研究。利用X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜对产物的晶体结构和形貌进行了表征。将合成的In2O3粉体制成敏感膜,采用静态配气法测试其气敏性能。制备的CPP-3(In)呈六角棒状,表面光滑;450℃焙烧生成的In2O3形貌具备CPP-3(In)模板棒状的骨架,由于焙烧时分解物的扩散,最终使In2O3呈现表面粗糙的多孔六角管状。经过气敏性能的测试,发现In2O3-450℃材料对10×10^-6的硫化氢(H2S)气敏性能最优,最佳工作温度低至70℃,响应值达到57.2,具有良好的选择性,该传感器的最低检测下限达到0.3×10^-6,具有较好的重复性和长期稳定性。The template metal-organic framework(MOF)materials CPP-3(In)were prepared by a simple oil bath heating method and In2O3 materials were obtained by calcining the template CPP-3(In)samples,then the gas sensing properties of In2O3 materials were investigated.The crystal structure and morphology of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscope.In2O3 powder was synthesized into sensitive film and its gas sensing ability were tested using static gas distribution method.CPP-3(In)powders showed hexagonal rods with smooth surfaces.After being calcined in the air at 450℃,In2O3 kept the rod-like framework structure from CPP-3(In),but at last it showed hexagonal tube-like morphology with rough and pore-rich surface because of the organic decomposition and the gas-spreading from inside of the rods to the air.The In2O3-450℃based sensor has the best gas responses of 10×10^-6 H2S after gas sensor performance test,and this sensor reduce the optimized working temperature to 70℃with 57.2 of response.Furthermore,excellent selectivity,good repeatability and long-term stbilityof the gas sensor were also demonstrated.The lowest detection limit arrived at 0.3×10^-6.
