摘  要:热能可通过热电发电器(thermoelectric generator,TEG)直接转化为电能,提高TEG的性能是推进其广泛应用的关键。研究了热电腿几何位形对TEG性能的影响。采用了有限元方法求解热电耦合方程,在稳态的条件下,计算了采用长方形截面和梯形截面两种热电腿的TEG的性能。结果表明,采用长方形截面热电腿的TEG的输出功率(Pout)比其他TEG的Pout相对高出28.1%。但其热电转化效率(η)处于较低水平,且比最大值相对低10.5%。Thermal energy can be converted into electrical energy directly by thermoelectric generator(TEG).Improving the performance of TEG is the key to promote its wide application.The influence of thermoelectric leg geometry on TEG is studied.In steady state,the thermoelectric coupling equation was solved by finite element method and the performances of TEGs with rectangular and trapezoidal section thermoelectric legs were calculated respectively.The results show that the output power(Pout)of the TEG with rectangular section thermoelectric leg is about 28.1%of magnitude higher than that of other TEGs.However,the thermoelectric conversion efficiency(η)of the TEG with rectangular section thermoelectric legs is lower,and is about 10.5%of magnitude smaller than the maximum.
