摘  要:高硫铝土矿是我国铝行业的重要原料,在铝土矿紧张的情况下尤其如此。浮选虽已应用于含硫铝土矿脱硫多年,但因其脱硫成本相对较高,没形成大规模的推广应用。以高硫铝土矿为研究对象,采用重力分选进行预先脱硫试验研究。利用重力毛毯机,经过系统条件试验,在入选细度-200目85%,矿浆浓度20%,分选槽倾角5°的工艺条件下,原矿含硫4.3%时,可获得含硫0.46%、硫脱除率93.65%的铝精矿,可用于工业推广。High sulfur bauxite is an important raw material in Chinas aluminum industry,especially in the case of bauxite shortage.Although flotation has been used in desulfurization of sulfur-cont aining bauxite for many years,due to its relatively high cost of desulfurization,it has not formed a lange-scale application.The high sulfur bauxite is taken as the research object,and gravity separation is used for the experimental study of pre-desulfuriz ation.Through systematic lab tests by gravity blanket machine,under the pocess condition of fineness-200 mesh 85%,slury concentration 20%,inelination angle of separation tank 50,sulfur gade of 4.3%,the alumi rum concentrate with sulfur content of 0.46%and desulfuriation fficiency of 93.65%can be obtained,which can be used for industrial promotion.
