摘  要:沉降槽清液层高度的测量一直采用手动摇杆的方式,一方面工人劳动强度大,另一方面不能实时的反映出清液层变化趋势,因而难以对沉降槽操作实现实时和准确的指导,又有安全隐患,从而对沉降槽生产工况的稳定性造成很大影响。本文根据沉降槽清液层、过渡层和泥层透光率不同,利用LED光纤发出和接受光信号,通过对其分布曲线进行数据处理,研发了沉降槽清液层高度在线检测仪。在多家氧化铝企业实际运行结果表明,该检测仪信号稳定能连续准确检测出沉降槽清液层的高度,配有自清洗系统有效地缓解了检测机构的结疤速度,大幅延长了仪器的运维周期,具有良好的适应性。The height of clear liquid layer in settling tank is measured by means of manual rocker.On the one hand,the labor intensity of workers is high;on the other hand,it cannot reflect the change trend of clear liquid layer in real time.It is difcult to achieve real-time and accunate guidance for the op-eration of sttling tank。and there ae potential safety hards,afecting the stability of settling tank working conditions.According to the different tans-mittances of clear liquid layer,tansition layer and mud layer in stting tank,an on-line measuring instument for the height of clear liquid layer in set-tling tank is developed by using LED optical fiber to send and receive light signals and data pocessing of the distribution curve.The practical opeation e-sults of sevenl alumina enterprises show that the detector sigmal is stable and can continuously and accurately detect the height of the clear liquid layer of the setting tank.The self-cleaning system ffctivedly alviates the scarring speed of the detection mechanism,greatly prolongs the openation and mainte-nance period odf the instument,and the instrument has good adaptability.
