摘 要:铝合金具有独特的物理和力学性能,使其成为汽车车身、车轮、座椅、底盘等零部件用轻质材料的首选。由于其表面钝化膜在酸(碱)性条件下迅速溶解,抗腐蚀能力下降,难以满足实际应用。因此,铝合金的腐蚀与防护成为研究的热门话题。稀土转化膜技术作为改善腐蚀性能的途径之一具有重要的研究意义。本试验借助扫描和EDS能谱等分析手段对膜层的表面微观形貌进行观察;研究不同工艺、成膜液种类、浓度处理产生的稀土转化膜的微观形貌与耐腐蚀性。试验结果表明:经固溶+人工时效处理、短时碱洗活化预处理有利于稀土转化膜的沉积。当成膜液CeCl_3·7H_2O含量为0.05 mol/L时,沉积有稀土转化膜的铝合金抗腐蚀能力最强。Aluminum alloy has unique physical and mechanical poperties,making it the first choice for lightweight materials of automotive bdies,wheels,seats,chassis and other components.Since the surface passivation flm is rapi dly dissolved under acid/alk ali conditions,the corrosion resistance is lowened,and it is ifcult to meet practical applications.Therefore,the corroeion and protection of aluminum aloys has beome a hot topie of research.Rare earth convesion coating techndogy has important research significance as one of the ways to improve corosion performance.In this test,the surface morphology of the flm was observed by means of scanning and EDS spectroscopy.The microstructure and corosion resistance of the rare earth conversion coatings produced by different poesses,flm foming fluids and concentration treatment were studied.The test results show that the solid solut ion artif-cial aging treatment and short-time alkali wash activation pretreatment ae beneficial to the deposition of rare earth convesion ooating.When the CeCl3·7H20 content of the film forming solution is 0.05 mol/L,the aluminum alloy deposited with the rare earth conversion film has the stongest corrosion resistance.
