摘  要:通过扩大铝标准曲线范围,采用紫外可见分光光度法测定更宽浓度范围的铝含量,对方法的线性关系、准确度、精密度、耐用性进行了全面考察。结果表明,铝质量范围在0~160μg具有良好的线性关系(r>0.999),加标回收率范围为95.9%~101.7%,重复性的RSD为2.6%,耐用性良好。该方法操作简便,可准确、快速地测定氢氧化铝反应液中铝的含量,为氢氧化铝的生产工艺提供数据参考,对生产工艺监测具有重要意义。By expanding the range of aluminum standard curve and determining the aluminum content in a wider concentration range by UV-visible spectrophotometry,the linear relationship,accuracy,precision and durability of the method were thoroughly investigated.The results show that there is a good linear relationship(r>0.999)in the range of 0μg to 160μg,the recovery of standard addition is 95.9% to 101.7%,the RSD of repeatability is 2.6% and the durability is good.This method is easy to operate,and can accurately and rapidly determine the aluminum content in the aluminum hydroxide reaction solution,and provides data reference for the production process of aluminum hydroxide,which is of great significance for the production process monitoring.
