摘 要:本文以钛铁矿精矿为原料,采用盐酸浸出制备人造金红石,首先采用Factsage 6.0热力学软件绘制了相关组分的φ-pH图,研究了盐酸浸出制备人造金红石的热力学基础;而后研究了还原焙烧和弱氧化焙烧两种预处理方式对人造金红石品位、粉化率等的影响。结果表明:在盐酸加压浸出体系中,钛铁矿中的FeO、Fe2O3、CaO和MgO均能溶解在溶液中,而SiO2和TiO2则留在固相中;还原焙烧和弱氧化焙烧预处理有利于提高产品TiO2的品位,其中弱氧化焙烧还可降低产品的粉化率。In this paper,the ilmenite concentrate was used as raw materials,from which the artificial rutile was prepared by hydrochloric acid leaching.Firstly,theφ-pH disgram of relevant components was prepared with Factsage 6.0 thermodynamic software,and the thermodynamic basis for the preparation of artificial rutile by hydrochloric acid leaching was studied.Secondly,the grade and powdering rate of artificial rutile were studied by different pretreatment methods such as reduction roasting and weak oxidation roasting.The results show that FeO,Fe2O3,CaO and MgO can be dissolved in the hydrochloric acid leaching system,while SiO2 and TiO2 remain in solid phase.Reduction roasting and weak oxidation roasting pretreatment can improve the grade of artificial rutile,and weak oxidation roasting can also reduce the powdering rate of product.
