摘 要:针对高硫高有机物型铝土矿进行反浮选同步脱硫脱有机物试验研究,硫含量1.65%、碳含量0.42%和有机碳含量0.32%的原矿石,经“一粗一精一扫”工艺流程,得到产率95.32%、硫含量0.15%、碳含量0.25%和有机碳含量0.15%的铝精矿,和产率4.68%、硫含量32.25%和碳含量3.87%的硫精矿,为高硫高有机物型铝土矿的高效利用提供技术支撑。The experimental study of remowal of sulfur and organic matters in high-sulfur and high-organic bauxite is conducted.The raw ore with sulfur content of1.65%,carbon content of 0.42% and organic carbon content of 0.32%,goes through the"one roughing,one cleaning,one scavegning process,obtaining the alumi num concentrate with the yield of 95.32%,the sulfur content of0.15%,the carbon content of0.25%and the organic carbon content 0.15%,and abtaining the sulfur concentrate with yield of4.68%,the sulfur content of 32.25%,and carbon content of 3.87%。It provides the technical support for the fficient use of high-sulfur and high-organic bauxte.
