摘 要:本文以攀枝花钛渣为实验研究对象,研究了Na2CO3预处理对微波联合盐酸法制备金红石型TiO2的影响。对比了不同质量比Na2CO3预处理和未预处理直接盐酸浸出的最终产物,发现碳酸钠与钛渣质量比为0.4时,得到含量为93.75%的金红石型TiO2,且TFe、SiO2、Al2O3、MgO和CaO的含量分别为0.561%、3.513%、1.829%、0.031%和0.316%。由XRD和SEM分析可知,经过Na2CO3预处理后,煅烧渣中均出现了金红石型TiO2的标志特征,Na2CO3可以破坏钛渣的结构,为盐酸浸出提供有效的强化手段。With Panzhihua titanium slag as the research subject,the effect of Na2CO3 pretreatment on the preparation of rutile-type TiO2 by microwave combined with hydrochloric acid was studied in this paper.The final products of Na2CO3 pretreatment with different mass ratios and direct hydrochloric acid leaching without pretreatment were compared.It was found that when the mass ratio of sodium carbonate to titanium slag was 0.4,the rutile-type TiO2 with 93.75%content was obtained.The contents of TFe,Si02,Al2O3,MgO and CaO were 0.561%,3.513%,1.829%,0.031%and 0.316%,respectively.XRD and SEM analysis showed that symbolic characteristics of rutile-type TiO2 appeared in calcined slag afer pretreatment with Na2C03.Na2CO3 could destroy the structure of titanium slag and provide an effective strengthening means for hydrochloric acid leaching.
