摘  要:采用光学显微镜、热导仪、电子拉力试验机、往复球块式摩擦磨损试验机,分析ZL104铝合金和ZL111铝合金的组织结构、热导性能、力学性能及其干摩擦磨损性能。研究结果表明:ZL111铝合金的力学性能、特别是高温力学性能明显优于ZL104铝合金。ZL104铝合金和ZL111铝合金热扩散率均随温度的升高而下降。ZL111铝合金在低频率时的磨损量小于ZL104铝合金。ZL111铝合金在频率大于4Hz时磨损量增加,而ZL104铝合金在频率大于8Hz时磨损量才会增加。The optical microscope,thermal conductivity meter,electronic tensile tester and reciprocating ball block friction and wear tester machine were used to analyze the microstructure,thermal conductivity,mechanical properties,dry friction and wear properties of ZL.104 aluminum alloy and ZL111 aluminum alloy.The results showed that the mechanical properties of ZL111 aluminum alloy,especially at high temperature,were significantly better than those of ZL104 aluminum alloy.The thermal diffusivity both of ZL104 aluminum alloy and ZL111 aluminum alloy all decreased with the increase of temperature.ZL111 aluminum alloy wore less than ZL104 aluminum alloy at low frequencies.ZL111 aluminum alloy wore more when the frequency was greater than 4 Hz,while ZL104 aluminum alloy wore more when the frequency was greater than 8 Hz.
