摘　　要：以某电解铝厂实际应用的DCS控制系统为背景,研究了PlantPAx DCS控制系统在电解铝行业中的应用。首先,详细阐述了电解铝厂的控制系统网络结构和PlantPAx系统结构;其次,描述了PlantPAx控制系统的功能特点和系统设计;最后,介绍了PlantPAx系统在电解铝具体工艺段的实际应用效果,为今后该系统在电解铝厂的应用提供借鉴。Based on the actual DCS control system of an aluminum smelter,this paper studies the application of PlantPAx DCS control system in the aluminum industry.Firstly,the control system network structure and PlantPAx system structure of the aluminum smelter are explained in detail.Secondly,the functional features and system design of PlantPAx control system are described.Finally,the practical application efct of PlantPAx system in the specifie section of aluminum process is introduced,which provides reference for the future application of the system in aluminum smelters.
