摘 要:为考查石灰、硅灰综合稳定拜耳法赤泥的强度性能,以不同的石灰-硅灰比、稳定灰总量及赤泥种类为判断因素,以7 d、28 d、90 d和180 d养生龄期无侧限抗压强度作为考核指标,以正交试验设计方法对赤泥稳定体的强度特性进行了室内试验研究。对试验结果进行极差分析与方差分析,在数据可信的前提下,石灰-硅灰比是影响无侧限抗压强度的首要因素,赤泥组分与种类是次要因素,稳定灰总量为影响最小的因素;复合赤泥稳定体的强度最优配比为石灰∶硅灰∶赤泥=24∶16∶60。In order to examine the strength performance of lime-silica fume comprehensively stabilized red mud,the three main factors,i.e.the ratio of lime-silica fume,the dosage of lime and silica fume,and the type of red mud,are used as the judgment factors.7-day,28-day,90-day and 180-day curing period and the unconfined compressive strength experiment are used as the evaluation index,and the strength characteristics of the red mud stabilizer were studied in an indoor experiment by orthogonal test design method.Range analysis and analysis of variance were performed on the experimental results.Under the premise of reliable data,the lime-silica fume ratio is the primary factor affecting the unconfined compressive strength,followed by the red mud components and types,and the amount is the least influential factor.The optimum proportion of the composite red mud stabilizer is lime∶silica fume∶red mud=24∶6∶60.
