摘 要:徽派民居经过了漫长的历史演进,发生了巨大变化。该文首先归纳了各历史时期中徽派民居墙体的建构类型及制作工法,又从节能改造角度归纳提出了优化改造及设计方法:对传统古徽州民居以保留历史原貌为主,进行墙体内保温改造;对新建的砖混结构"新徽派民居",提出了运用"泡沫混凝土"灌注空斗墙孔洞,或直接附加EPS外保温。另外,进一步提出利用新型装配式体系进行徽派民居的更新优化,做到工业化革新和保温承重一体化改造。同时,归纳整理了不同墙体的节能计算的方案,为徽州民居的节能改造提供理论依据。The Hui-style traditional dwelling has undergone great changes after a long Chinese history evolution.In this paper,we firstly summarized the construction types and production methods of the Hui-style dwellings in different historical period.Then we put forward the optimization and design methods from the point of energy-efficiency.For the traditional ancient Hui-style dwellings,we mainly should be retained their original appearance,inner thermal insulation transformation is the best way.For the"new Hui-style dwellings"with brick structure,we put forward fill hollow wall with"Foam Concrete",or add EPS insulation to the outside of the walls.In addition,we further proposed to use a new type of assembly system for optimizing Hui-style dwellings,so as to achieve industrialization,thermal insulation and load-bearing.At the same time,we also summarized the energy-saving calculation ways of different walls of the program for the Hui-style residential energy-saving,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the energy-saving renovation of Huizhou residential buildings.
