中文版慢性病患者对护士赋权行为感知量表的信效度评价

摘　　要：目的将患者对护士赋权行为感知量表(PPPNBS)进行汉化,评价其信效度。方法按照Brislin翻译模式对英文版PPPNBS进行翻译、回译及文化调适,并方便选取300例住院慢性病患者进行调查,评价其内容效度、结构效度、内部一致性、重测信度。结果中文版PPPNBS共保留22个条目,探索性因素分析提取出6个公因子,累计贡献率71.559%;量表的Cronbach′sɑ系数为0.884,内容效度指数为0.97。结论中文版PPPNBS具有较好的信度和内容效度,可用于住院慢性病患者中评价对护士赋权行为的感受程度。Objective To translate patient perceptions of patient-empowering nurse behaviors scale(PPPNBS), and evaluate its reliability and validity. Methods Through the process of translation,back-translation,cultural adjustment and prediction,the Chinese version of PPPNBS was formed according to Brislin translation mode. The content validity,exploratory factor analysis,internal consistency and test-retest reliability were used to evaluate the scale. Results The content validity of S-CVI/Ave of scale was 0.97. After item analysis and exploratory factor analysis,22 items were retained,and 6 factors were extracted by principal component analysis. The cumulative variance contribution rate was 71.559%. The scale of Cronbach alpha coefficient is 0.884. Conclusion The Chinese version of PPPNBS has a good validity and reliability. It provides an effective assessment tool to evaluate how hospitalized patients with chronic diseases feel towards patient-empowering nurse behaviors.
