摘  要:附壁脉冲射流喷嘴可用于井下切割和破岩等工艺。为分析脉冲喷嘴在深井环境下的工作性能,在30 MPa高围压条件下,对喷嘴内流场进行了数值模拟,分析了不同结构和运行参数下的射流压力脉动性能。研究结果表明:喷嘴射流脉冲频率随着反馈通道直径增大而增大,压力脉动幅值呈现先增加后下降,最大压力脉动幅值为0. 154 MPa;喷嘴射流的压力脉动幅值随着附壁夹角增大而增大,但脉冲频率先增加后基本保持稳定;随着出口直径增加,脉冲频率先基本保持不变再减小,后又基本保持不变,压力脉动幅值不断减小,最大压力脉动幅值为0. 332 MPa;雷诺数在2. 3×10^5~5. 6×10^5时,脉冲频率随雷诺数的增加呈线性增加;斯特劳哈尔数呈现略微下降趋势,但总体变化不大;附壁脉冲射流喷嘴流量与脉冲频率成正比。研究结果可为脉冲射流喷嘴的发展和现场应用提供一定的指导。Wall-attached pulse jet nozzles can be used for downhole drilling operation like rock cutting and breaking.Numerical simulation was conducted on the flow field in the wall-attached pulse jet nozzle at 30 MPa high confining pressure for analyzing the jet pressure with different structures and operating parameters.The results show that the jet frequency increases with the diameter of the feedback channel,the pressure pulse amplitude increases first and then decreases,and the maximum is 0.154 MPa;the pressure pulse amplitude increases with the attached angle,but the pulse frequency first increases and then almost remains stable;as the outlet diameter increases,the pulse frequency first almost remains unchanged and then decreases and then almost remains unchanged,but the pressure pulse amplitude continues to decrease,and the maximum is 0.332 MPa.When the Reynolds number is 2.3×10^5 to 5.6×10^5,the pulse frequency increases linearly with the increase of the Reynolds number;the Strouhal number slightly drops,but the overall change is not large.The flow rate through the wall-attached pulse jet nozzle is proportional to the pulse frequency.The research results can provide some guidance for the development and application of pulse jet nozzles.
