摘 要:针对可溶解多级压裂滑套所采用的可溶材料强度较低,压裂过程中不能满足高承压的问题,开展了可溶材料性能提高研究。通过在原有配方基础上添加碳纳米片和碳化硅等纳米材料,可以改善合金微观组织结构,增强其力学性能,并采用粉末冶金工艺制备了高强复合可溶材料,复合材料屈服强度达到469 MPa,较常规材料提高50%。有限元数值计算和地面承压、溶解等试验数据表明,高强复合材料在强度、硬度、耐冲蚀等方面达到现场应用要求,采用该材料研制的可溶解滑套成功完成现场试验,滑套完成压裂作业的同时实现了压裂后内部球座机构的溶解、形成全通径。研究结果为可溶材料在完井工具的扩展应用提供了技术支撑。A study aiming at improving the performance of the soluble material of the sliding sleeves was carried out,since low strength cannot stand high pressure during multi-stage fracturing operation.Nanomaterials such as carbon and silicon carbide were added to improve the microstructure and enhance the mechanical properties of the alloy,and powder metallurgy was used to manufacture a high-strength composite soluble material whose yield strength is up to 469 MPa,an increase of 50%.Finite element numerical calculation and test data of ground pressure and dissolution show that the high-strength composite material meets the requirements of field application in terms of strength,hardness and erosion resistance.The soluble sliding sleeve made of this material successfully went through field test,and the internal ball seat was dissolved after fracturing operation.A full bore was ready.The research results provide technical support for the extended application of soluble materials in completion tools.
