摘　　要：新型冠状病毒疫情的暴发给社会各界带来了严峻的考验。由于病毒具有传播迅速、传染性极强等特点,"非接触"、"不见面"成为疫情期间各项工作的基本要求,而电子档案单轨制管理成为"不见面审批"的关键所在。本文通过信息技术应用、创新电子档案鉴定方法、构建领域元数据方案和完善制度体系等方法,开展国家自然科学基金项目电子档案单轨制管理研究,并对电子档案单轨制管理的进一步优化提出了相关策略。The outbreak of the COVID-19 has posed a severe test for all sectors of society.Due to the rapid spread and strong infectivity of the virus,"non-contact"and"noface-to-face"have become the basic requirements of the work during the epidemic,and the single set management of electronic records has become the key problem to no-face-to-face approval.The paper researches project electronic archives single set management of NSFC by the application of information technology,the innovation of electronic archives appraisal method,the construction of domain metadata scheme and the improvement of systems.At last,the paper put forward three strategies for the further optimization of the single set management of electronic archives.
