摘　　要：近年来,随着我国奶业的快速发展,牧场管理人员已意识到合理的犊牛初乳饲喂及管理的重要性,但在生产操作中并未达到初乳饲喂的要求,究其原因,在很大程度上是由于牧场初乳饲喂和管理操作不一,本文目的主要在于论述初乳对新生犊牛的重要性以及适合现阶段牧场初乳饲喂管理的操作方法。With the rapidly development of dairy industry in recently years,farmers had realized the important of reasonable colostrum feeding and management,but it can’t reach the requirement of feeding standard in production practice,the reason for this are largely due to variety operation on colostrum feeding and management.The aim of this article is to discussion the important of colostrum to newborn calves and the reasonable operation of colostrum feeding and management for farm.
