摘 要:选用合适的饲喂模式和饲喂设备是奶牛养殖工作中的重中之重。本文通过传送带式饲喂系统在东北地区某1800头规模化奶牛场的配置方案设计,完成了饲料搅拌装置、填料设备的选型和数量确定,同时对饲料准备区位置进行了选取,以及根据场区牛舍布局设计了传送带走向路径,最后进行了传送带式饲喂系统与牵引式TMR饲喂车在该牛场的运营成本对比。结果显示,传送带式饲喂系统的应用可为该奶牛场每年节省人力成本约12万元、能耗成本约76万元,共计88万元,因此应用该设备具有显著的经济、节能、环保优势,且其智能化、信息化、数字化的饲喂方式正契合了我国未来牧场运营的发展方向。It is the most important in dairy production work that selecting suitable feeding mode and equipments.The feedline system configuration scheme has been designed for a scale dairy farm with 1800 dairy cows located in Northeast of China in this paper,which include the selection and quantity determination of TMR mixer and filling device,the location of feed kitchen and the path design of feedline.In addition,the operation cost was been compared between feedline system and towed TMR in this dairy farm.The results showed that the application of feedline in this farm can save 120,000 yuan on labor cost and 760,000 yuan on energy consumption,which means 880,000 yuan per year in all.So the application of feedline system in scale dairy farm has significant advantage in economics,energy-saving and environmental protection,and its intelligent,informative and digitized feeding mode also align well with the dairy farm operation development trend in China.
