国内外输血输液用聚氯乙烯材料水溶出物紫外吸收测试方法研究

摘　　要：综述了目前国内外输血输液用聚氯乙烯(PVC)医用材料紫外吸收测试方法。重点就国内输血输液用聚氯乙烯医用材料紫外吸收浸提液制作方法、测试要求作比对分析,并讨论PVC医用材料水溶出物紫外吸收测试条件的合理性波长范围。In this paper,UV absorption testing at home and abroad were reviewed for water soluble substances from medical plasticized PVC transfusion bags and devices.The focus was on the preparation methods of UV absorption extraction solution,and test requirements for comparative analysis.And the reasonable wavelength range in UV absorption testing was also discussed.
