摘  要:以甲醇钠为催化剂,采用2,6-二叔丁基苯酚、三聚乙醛为原料合成4,4’-乙撑二(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚),分别考察了反应温度、反应时间、原料配比、催化剂和溶剂用量等条件对缩合反应的影响。得到了合成4,4’-乙撑二(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)最适宜的条件是:反应温度为125℃,反应时间8 h,n(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)∶n(三聚乙醛)为0.2∶0.15;催化剂的用量为0.8 g、溶剂的用量为40 g(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚为0.2 mol的情况下)。4,4’-乙撑二(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)的收率可达到91.75%以上,产品纯度w[4,4’-乙撑二(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)]超过99.0%。2,6-di-tert-butylphenol and paraldehyde were taken as raw materials to synthesize the 4,4’-ethylidenebis(2,6-di-tertiary-butylphenol)with sodium methoxide as the catalyst.Then,we studied the effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,materials ratio,amounts of catalyst and solvent on the synthesized product.As a result,we obtained the optimal conditions as follows:reaction temperature is 125℃,reaction time is 8 hrs.,n(2,6-di-tert-butylphenol)∶n(paraldehyde)=0.2∶0.15,the amount of catalysts is 0.8 g,the amount of solvent is 40 g(when the quantity of 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol is 0.2 mol).Under such optimal conditions,the yield rate of 4,4’-ethylidenebis(2,6-di-tertiary-butylphenol)will reach 91.75%and the purity of the product will be satisfactory with w[4,4’-ethylidenebis(2,6-di-tertiary-butylphenol)]ester≥99.0%.
