Performance Comparison of Several Inorganic Long-acting Heat Stabilizers in a Solid Calcium-zinc Heat Stabilizer System

摘  要:对比了沸石、水滑石、水铝钙石、三硅酸镁在固体钙-锌热稳定剂体系中作为长效热稳定剂时,在加工行为、初期色相以及动静态稳定性方面的性能。研究发现,在预设的钙-锌热稳定剂配方体系中,沸石、水滑石、水铝钙石、三硅酸镁对PVC混合物加工行为影响差别不大;初期色相表现由好到差依次是:水铝钙石>沸石≈三硅酸镁>水滑石;动静态方面水滑石表现最好,优势明显,沸石和三硅酸镁次之,水铝钙石最差。研究还发现三硅酸镁可以作为固体钙-锌热稳定剂体系中的辅助稳定剂,以增加PVC长期热稳定性。In this paper,we compared the performances of zeolite,hydrotalcite,hydrocalumite,and magnesium trisilicate as different long-acting heat stabilizers in a solid calcium-zinc heat stabilizer system,including processing behavior,early hue,dynamic and static stability.We found that all the above-mentioned stablizers had little effect on the processing behavior of PVC mixtures in the preset calcium-zinc heat stabilizer formula system.Their early hue performance ranged from good to bad:hydrocalumite>zeolite≈magnesium trisilicate>hydrotalcite.Hydrotalcite has the best performance and the most obvious advantage in the dynamic and static stability,followed by zeolite and magnesium trisilicate,and hydrocalumite has the worst performance.And we also found that magnesium trisilicate can be used as an auxiliary stabilizer in a solid calcium-zinc heat stabilizer system to increase the long-term heat stability of PVC.
