摘  要:通过溶液聚合法合成丙烯酸丁酯-醋酸乙烯酯-丙烯酸三元共聚物,研究了金属螯合物和硅烷偶联剂对耐高温压敏胶性能的影响,并用DMA(动态力学分析)方法分析了其动态力学性能(剪切模量等)与压敏胶性能之间的联系。结果表明:加入交联剂后,胶体的交联结构增大,胶体的弹性模量得到提高,通过试验,加入0.075%乙酰丙酮铝,1%的硅烷偶联剂合成的单组份耐高温压敏胶综合性能良好。The n-butyl acrylate-vinyl acetate-acrylic acid terpolymer was synthesized by solution polymerization.The influence of metal chelate and silane coupling agent on the properties of high temperature pressure sensitive adhesive was studied.The relationship between the dynamic mechanical properties(shear modulus,etc.)and the properties of pressure sensitive adhesive was analyzed by DMA(dynamic mechanical analysis).The results show that the cross-linking structure of the colloid increases and the elastic modulus of the colloid increases after adding the cross-linking agent.In this paper,the single component high temperature resistant pressure-sensitive adhesive synthesized by adding 0.075%aluminum acetylacetonate and 1%silane coupling agent has good comprehensive performance.
