摘　　要：介绍轮胎二次法成型机及成型工艺,并提出改进措施。通过采取制定部件接头及裁刀清理等操作规范、制定现场施工标准模板、改造胎面后压辊和肩压辊、调整成型工艺参数、胎面供料架加装烤灯装置和一段成型鼓扣圈盘加装磁铁吸附装置等措施,二次法成型轮胎的质量问题得到了有效控制,提高了产品的市场竞争力。The two-step tire building machine and building process were introduced,and the improvement methods to reduce tire quality problems were put forward.Standard operation process and specification were established for the cleaning of part joints and cutter.Standard site construction work flow template was formulated.The back-pressure roller and shoulder-pressure roller were modified.The parameters of building process were adjusted.A baking lamp device was added to the feeding frame of tread.A magnet absorption device was added to the buckle ring plate of the first-stage building drum.It was confirmed that,after the improvement,the quality problems of the tires produced by using the two-step building process were effectively reduced,which could improve the market competitiveness of the product.
