改良三伏天灸药方治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎的护理研究

摘　　要：目的:观察综合护理疗法治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎的护理效果及临床疗效,为避免治疗前后护理不当造成的不良反应、疗效欠佳、病情加重、容易复发等问题提供一套全面的护理方案。方法:将符合标准的过敏性鼻炎患儿100例随机分为三组,选取天灸组34例患儿进行本研究提出的综合护理疗法及改良的三伏天灸药方治疗,观察各方面的护理情况及不良反应,时间为2017年三伏时间,每10天1次,每次贴敷1小时,共治疗5次。疗程结束后观察综合护理结果及临床疗效。结果:①疗程结束后,天灸组中显效17例,有效14例,无效3例,总有效率为91.18%(31/34);②疗程结束后,天灸组病例在症状、体征评分及视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale/Score,VAS)评分上P<0.01,与疗效结果表现一致;③疗程结束后,天灸组病例无不良反应情况,护理效果明显;④随访天灸组病情复发者共有7例,复发率为25.93%(7/27),表明半年内天灸组患儿护理及临床疗效良好。结论:综合护理疗法治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎的护理方法全面、效果明显,患儿及家长对相关事宜清楚明白、易学易懂,值得在临床及家庭推广。Objective:To observe the nursing effect and clinical efficacy of comprehensive nursing therapy in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children,and to provide a comprehensive nursing plan for avoiding adverse reactions,poor curative effect,aggravation of illness and easy recurrence caused by improper nursing before and after treatment.Methods:100 cases were randomly divided into three groups,34 cases in the Sanfutian-moxibustion group were treated with the comprehensive nursing therapy and the modified prescription;observing the nursing outcomes and adverse reactions.The duration of treatment was once every 10 days in the dog days of 2017,each time lasted for one hour and was treated for five times.The nursing outcomes and curative effect were observed after the course of treatment.Results:①After 5 times treatment,17 cases had obvious effect in the Sanfutian-moxibustion group,14 cases were effective,and 3 cases was invalid,the total effective rate was 91.18%.②After the course of treatment,the Sanfutian-moxibustion group were reduced in the symptom-score and signs-score and VAS score(P<0.01),these results were consistent with the above clinical effects.③After the course of treatment,there was no adverse reaction,and the nursing effect was obvious.④There were 7 cases of recurrence in the Sanfutian-moxibustion group,the recurrence rate was 25.93%.It indicated that the nursing effect and clinical efficacy of the children in the Sanfutian-moxibustion group were good within half a year.Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing therapy for allergic rhinitis in children is comprehensive and effective.The children and their parents are clear that this therapy is easy to learn and understand,and worth popularizing in clinic and family.
