中药四黄水蜜外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效及护理效果

摘　　要：目的:研究中药四黄水蜜外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎以及实施中医护理干预的临床疗效。方法:抽取广东省中医院急诊急性痛风性关节炎患者95例展开研究,均给予中药四黄水蜜外敷治疗,而后按护理模式不同分为对照组(常规)和观察组(中医护理),对比临床疗效、护理满意度、护理前后临床症状、实验室指标改善情况;结果:观察组临床疗效95.7%(45/47),满意度97.8%(46/47),对照组分别为81.2%(39/48)、83.3%(40/48),P<0.05。治疗护理后观察组临床症状积分明显较对照组低,局部肤温较对照组稳定,白细胞计数较正常,血尿酸较对照组低,P<0.05。结论:对急性痛风性关节炎实施中药四黄水蜜外敷治疗并联合中医护理干预效果显著,可临床借鉴。Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of external application of traditional Chinese medicine Sihuang Shuimi(四黄水蜜)in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis and the implementation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention.Methods:A total of 95 patients with acute gouty arthritis in our hospital were enrolled in the study.All patients were treated with external application of Sihuang Shuimi,and then divided into the control(conventional)group and the observation group(Chinese medicine nursing)according to different nursing modes.Satisfaction,clinical symptoms and laboratory indicators before and after treatment of two groups were compared.Results:The clinical efficacy of the observation group was 95.7%(45/47),the satisfaction rate was 97.8%(46/47),and that of the control group was 81.2%(39/48),83.3%(40/48),P<0.05.After treatment,the clinical symptom scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group.The local skin temperature was stable compared with the control group,the white blood cell count was normal,and the blood uric acid was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine Sihuang Shuimi external application combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention has significant effect in treating acute gouty arthritis and it can be used for clinical reference.
