解肌蠲痛汤为主治疗肩关节周围炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察解肌蠲痛汤为主治疗肩关节周围炎的临床疗效。方法:将120例肩关节周围炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上予中药解肌蠲痛汤,1天1贴,水煎分2次温服,10天为1个疗程。对照组采用特定电磁波治疗器在肩关节周围照射,1个部位每次30 min,1天2次,10天为1个疗程。3个月天后对两组患者治疗综合结果进行评定,评定内容包括:①疼痛治疗前后程度视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale/Score,VAS)评定;②临床疗效评定。结果:治疗2~3个疗程后,两组在缓解肩周围疼痛、改善肩关节功能、临床疗效等比较无统计学意义,但治疗组总有效率与对照组总有效率比较经统计学方法,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:治疗组较对照组疗效好,功能改善明显。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jieji Juantong Decoction(解肌蠲痛汤)in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder.Methods:120 patients with periarthritis of shoulder were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group received Jieji Juantong Decoction on the basis of treatment of the control group,twice a day and 10 days were for 1 course of treatment.In the control group,specific electromagnetic wave therapeutic apparatus was used to irradiate around the shoulder joint for 30 minutes,twice a day,the treatment was for 10 days.After 3 months,the comprehensive treatment results of the two groups were evaluated,including:1.Assessment of the degree of pain before and after treatment with VAS;2.Clinical efficacy evaluation.Results:After two or three courses of treatment,there was no statistical significance between the two groups in alleviating the pain around the shoulder,improving shoulder joint function and clinical efficacy,but the difference of the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the effect was more significant.
