龙胆泻肝汤联合止痛散、紫金锭治疗带状疱疹临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药龙胆泻肝汤联合止痛散及紫金锭湿敷治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法:将52例患者按照随机数字表随机分为观察组26例和对照组26例,对照组予抗病毒治疗,外用硫磺炉甘石洗剂,并采用特定电磁波谱(TDP)治疗仪照射。治疗组予抗病毒治疗,内服中药龙胆泻肝汤加减,还配合止痛散联合紫金锭湿敷加TDP治疗仪照射,观察并记录两组疱疹停发、水疱干涸、开始结痂时间及结痂面积≥50%时间。结果:观察组皮损止疱、水疱干涸、结痂面积≥50%时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:中药龙胆泻肝汤联合止痛散及紫金锭湿敷治疗带状疱疹在缓解疼痛,促进皮损消退等方面均有显著优越性。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Longdan Xiegan Decoction(中药龙胆泻肝汤)combined with Zhitong powder(止痛散)and Zijin tablet(紫金锭)in treating herpes zoster.Methods:According to the random number table,52 patients were randomly divided into the observation group(26 cases)and the control group(26 cases).The control group was given antiviral treatment,externally treated with sulfur furnace calamine lotion,and irradiated with TDP therapeutic instrument.The treatment group received antiviral treatment,internal administration of traditional Chinese medicine Longdan Xiegan Decoction combined with Zhitong powder and Zijin tablet in addition to TDP therapeutic irradiation,herpes stopping,dry blisters,the beginning of scab time and scab area≥50%time of two groups were observed and recorded.Results:The observation group was superior to the control group in terms of preventing skin lesions from blisters,drying up blisters and scabbing area≥50%(P<0.05),and the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Longdan Xiegan Decoction combined with Zhitong powder and Zijin tablet wet compress have significant advantages in relieving pain and promoting the fading of skin lesions in the treatment of herpes zoster.
