腰椎间盘突出症腰腿疼痛中医综合治疗回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的:观察中医综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症腰腿疼痛的临床疗效。方法:从2015年-2018年住院病历中整理出腰椎间盘突出腰腿疼痛病历100例进行分析,其中治疗组50例采用中医综合疗法,对照组50例采用静脉点滴中药制剂、口服双氯芬酸钠治疗。结果:治疗组的总有效率92.0%(46/30)明显高于对照组的总有效率60.0%(30/50),两组患者的总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医综合疗法是有效的、安全的治疗腰椎间盘突出的非手术治疗方法。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)comprehensive therapy on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation oflumbocrural pain.Methods:100 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation from 2015 to 2018 were analyzed.Among them,50 cases in the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy and 50 cases in the control group were treated with intravenous drip of Traditional Chinese Medicine Preparation and oral diclofenac sodium.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group 92.0%(46/30)was significantly higher than that of the control group 60.0%(30/50).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM comprehensive therapy is an effective and safe,non-operative method for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
