五子涤痰汤加味联合局部针刺等方法治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的:观察五子涤痰汤加味联合局部针刺等方法治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效分析。方法:将2016年1月-2018年12月在我院就诊并收治以膝骨性关节炎为诊断的患者总计60例,随机数字法分成两组,各30例,其中对照组患者仅采取局部针刺配合常规治疗,实验组患者在对照组患者的基础上联合五子涤痰汤加味治疗。对照两组患者中医证候评分、实验室指标(血沉、肝肾功)及临床效果。结果:两组患者治疗后肝功及肾功能检查差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。实验组患者治疗后红细胞沉降率(Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate,ESR)明显少于对照组,实验组患者治疗后疼痛、僵硬、肿胀、弹响、活动受限中医证候评分均明显高于对照组,实验组临床总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:五子涤痰汤加味联合局部针刺治疗膝骨性关节,可明显减少中医证候评分,在不影响肝肾功能前提下,降低血沉等指标,获得更佳的临床效果。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the Wuzi Ditan decoction( 五子涤痰汤) plus local acupuncture on knee osteoarthritis. Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups(30 cases in each). The control group was treated by local acupuncture plus routine treatment. The experimental group was treated with the Wuzi Ditan decoction more. Results: There was no significant difference in liver function and renal function between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes and ESR in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The total clinical effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The Wuzi Ditan decoction plus local acupuncture can significantly reduce the scores of TCM syndromes. Without affecting the liver and kidney function of patients, it can reduce the blood sedimentation and other related laboratory indicators and achieve better clinical effects.
