针刺对难治性弱视儿童立体视觉的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺对难治性弱视的临床治疗效果,评估针刺对难治性弱视儿童立体视觉重建的影响。方法:选取2015年5月-2019年4月期间在清远市清新区人民医院经眼科门诊专科检查确诊为难治性弱视的患儿,年龄4~18岁,共纳入60例随机分成两组进行临床研究:对照组采用常规戴镜、遮盖治疗,治疗组采用常规治疗的基础上加针刺治疗:每周3次,每次30 min,连续治疗3个月。两组患者治疗前后使用标准对数视力表测最佳矫正视力;应用颜少明随机立体检查图行立体视觉检查,分别检测其近零视差立体视锐度、交叉视差及非交叉视差立体感知度,并对相关数据资料进行统计分析。结果:针刺治疗能够提高最佳矫正视力,能有效促进弱视儿童立体视觉的重建。结论:针刺治疗弱视操作简单,费用低廉,不良反应少,在基层医院推广使用具有明显的优势。Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture on refractory amblyopia and evaluate the effect of acupuncture on stereoscopic reconstruction of refractory amblyopia children. Methods: From May 2015 to April 2019, children diagnosed as refractory amblyopia in the ophthalmology clinic at Qingyuan Qingxin District People’s Hospital from May 2015 to April 2019 were selected. The age range was 4 to 18 years, and 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups. The clinical study was performed in the group. The control group was treated with conventional spectacles and cover. And the treatment group was treated by acupuncture with the conventional treatment. Results: Acupuncture can improve the best corrected vision and effectively promote the reconstruction of stereo vision in children with amblyopia. Conclusion: Acupuncture is a simple method for treating amblyopia, with low cost and few side effects. It has obvious advantages in promoting the use in primary hospitals.
