中药穴位贴敷对小儿痰热咳嗽疗效及免疫功能的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:分析中药穴位贴敷对小儿痰热咳嗽疗效。方法:筛选我院2018年1月-2019年1月收治的130例小儿痰热咳嗽患儿。按照抽签方法将患儿分为中医组与对照组,对照组实施西药治疗,中医组增加中药穴位贴敷治疗,对比两组临床效果和各项临床指标。结果:对比治疗后咳嗽症状积分,中医组低于对照组;对比治疗后免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)水平,中医组优于对照组;对比随访期间中医组复发率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:小儿痰热咳嗽采用中药穴位贴敷治疗,能够促进临床疗效提高,同时可在保障治疗安全性的基础上对患儿的免疫机能进行调节,获得本标兼顾的作用。Objective:To analyze efficacy of acupoint application on pediatric cough of the Tanre(痰热)type.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,130 cases were divided into two groups,the control group was treated with western medicine,and the Chinese medicine group was given TCM acupoint application more.Results:After treatment,the score of cough symptoms in the Chinese medicine group was lower than that in the control group.The levels of IgE and IgG were better than those in the control group.The recurrence rate during the follow-up period was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Acupoint application on pediatric cough of the Tanre type shows good effects,can regulate immune function.
