温肾益心方治疗心力衰竭临床疗效及对患者中医证候体征以及N端前脑钠肽的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究温肾益心方治疗心力衰竭临床疗效。方法:将心力衰竭患者分成两组,对两组心力衰竭患者分别采用常规治疗和温肾益心方治疗。结果:研究组的总有效率较对照组相比更高(P<0.05);研究组经过治疗之后中医证候体征积分下降了(28.03±5.87)分,和对照组相比其下降的程度更大(P<0.05);研究组经过治疗之后N端前脑钠肽(NT-proBNP)水平为(549.64±90.34)pg/mL,和治疗前相比明显降低了(P<0.05),并且降低的程度和对照组相比更大(P<0.05)。结论:温肾益心方治疗心力衰竭能够有效促进患者的心功能得到提高,同时使得患者的各种临床症状和体征得到改善。Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of the Wenshen Yixin prescription(温肾益心方)on heart failure.Methods:All patients were divided into 2 groups,two groups were treated by conventional treatment and the Wenshen Yixin prescription,respectively.Results:The total efficiency in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM signs and symptoms in the study group were(28.03±5.87)points,which was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).The NT-proBNP level in the study group was(549.64±90.34)pg/mL,which was significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Wenshen Yixin prescription on heart failure shows good effects,can improve TCM syndromes and signs.
