小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗小儿季节性流感的效果及炎性因子C反应蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨使用小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗小儿季节性流感的疗效。方法:将本院2017年1月-2019年4月收治的134例季节性流感患儿随机分成实验组与对照组,每组各67例。对照组单用磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上加用小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗,观察两组患儿症状缓解时间及血清炎性因子变化情况。结果:实验组患儿在体温恢复正常、咳嗽缓解、流涕缓解及咽痛缓解等时间指标上均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗一周后两组患儿血清白介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、C反应蛋白(C-reactive Protein,CRP)指标水平均较治疗前降低,但实验组降低幅度较对照组显著(P<0.05);实验组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对小儿季节性流感患儿,采取小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合磷酸奥司他韦颗粒的治疗方法可促进症状缓解,同时降低血清炎性因子水平。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre granules(小儿豉翘清热颗粒)plus oseltamivir phosphate on seasonal influenza in children.Methods:134 children with seasonal influenza were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group received oseltamivir phosphate alone.The experimental group was treated with the Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre granule more.Results:The time of normal temperature recovery,cough relief,salivation relief and sore throat relief in the experimental group were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Serum IL-6 and CRP in the two groups after one week were lower than that before treatment,and those were more decrease in the experimental group than the control group(P<0.05).The total efficiency in the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre granule plus oseltamivir granules on children with seasonal influenza can promote the relief of symptoms and reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors.
