宣白承气汤治疗重症患者肠功能障碍的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探索观察宣白承气汤治疗重症患者肠功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:随机纳入40例肠功能衰竭的重症患者,分为对照组、治疗组各20例,对照组在给予常规治疗的基础上同时加用莫沙必利。治疗组在对照组的基础上加服宣白承气汤制剂,疗程为2周。观察治疗前后的中医证候积分、肠功能障碍评分、C反应蛋白、白细胞计数等等指标。结果:两组肠功能障碍评分相比差异具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。中医主要症状、次要症状、体征及证候积分等,两组相比差异具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。白细胞计数、C反应蛋白两组之间相比差异具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:宣白承气汤中药可以有效缓解重症患者肠功能衰竭的临床症状及体征,体现中医药治疗的优势。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of the Xuanbai Chengqi decoction(宣白承气汤)on intestinal dysfunction in severe patients.Methods:40 cases were divided into the control group and the treatment group,20 cases in each.The control group was given conventional treatment plus Mosapilli.The treatment group was given the Xuanbai Chengqi decoction more,for 2 weeks.Results:There were statistically significant differences in intestinal dysfunction scores,TCM symptoms,signs and syndrome scores,white blood cell counts and C-reactive protein between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Xuanbai Chengqi decoction can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and signs of intestinal failure in severe patients.
