摘 要:随着我国市场经济发展速度逐年加快,房地产开发企业面临巨大的机遇和挑战。房地产企业的项目经营管理目的是获取最大化的综合效益,这就需要在提升房地产项目质量及安全性的基础上,维持企业长远的发展需求。基于这种企业发展现状,如果不能及时解决民用高层钢筋混凝土建筑结构的设计问题,整个建筑项目将会遭受巨大的经济损失。所以,深入研究和探索民用高层钢筋混凝土建筑结构优化设计方式,可以在提升结构方案科学性和合理性的同时,降低民用建筑项目的施工成本。本文将以笔者多年从事结构设计工作的经验为基础,在查阅业内优质文献资料之后,系统地分析民用高层钢筋混凝土建筑结构优化设计的要点及关键点。With the rapid development of China’s market economy year by year, real estate development enterprises are facing great opportunities and challenges. The purpose of project management of real estate enterprises is to obtain the maximum comprehensive benefits, which needs to maintain the long-term development needs of enterprises on the basis of improving the quality and safety of real estate projects. Based on the current situation of enterprise development, if the structural design of civil high-rise reinforced concrete buildings cannot be solved in time, the whole construction project will suffer huge economic losses. Therefore, in-depth study and exploration of the civil high-rise reinforced concrete building structure optimization design measures can improve the scientific and reasonable structure scheme while reducing the construction cost of civil construction projects. Based on the author’s many years of experience in structural design, this paper systematically analyzes the key points of structural optimization design of civil high-rise reinforced concrete buildings after reviewing high-quality literature in the industry.
