摘　　要：近期一种新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)在中国湖北省武汉市爆发并流行,临床表现主要为发热、咳嗽、乏力等症状.胸部CT是临床初筛的重要方法之一.COVID-19胸部CT表现多样、改变快,但具有一定特征性.根据目前的临床经验,胸部影像学表现可早于临床症状,因此胸部CT检查在临床诊治过程中至关重要.随着对本疾病认识的不断深入,发现诸多无明显临床症状和(或)核酸检测阴性的患者,胸部CT却发现了异常.因此,工作在急诊及其他一线岗位的医务工作者可通过完善胸部CT检查并识别其特征性表现来发现疑似COVID-19患者,这对疫情防控及医务工作者的自我保护具有重要意义.现对COVID-19胸部CT的特点进行总结,为医务工作者尽早识别疑似COVID-19患者提供参考.A new type of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)has recently occurred and spread in Wuhan,Hubei,China.The clinical manifestations are mainly fever,cough,and fatigue et al.Chest CT is one of the important methods for clinical screening.COVID-19 s chest CT manifestations are diverse and change rap id ly,but have certain characteristics.According to current clinical experience,the imaging findings of lungs are earlier than clinical symptoms,so chest CT examination for chest is very important in clinical diagnosis and treatm ent.With the further understanding of the disease,many patients with no obvious clinical symptoms and(o r)negative nucleic acid tests that were found to have abnormalities in chest CT.Therefore,medical workers working in emergency and other front-line positions can find suspected COVID-19 patients by chest CT examination and identifying their characteristic m anifestations,which is of great significance for epidemic prevention and control and m edical workers"self-protection.The characteristics of COVID-19 chest CT are summarized in order to provide a reference for medical workers to identify the patients with suspected COVID-19 as soon as possible.
