摘　　要：新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)感染的肺炎突发疫情在中国已进入关键时期.医院是收治新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)患者的重要场所,特别是急诊科作为前沿一线科室尤为重要.科学、合理且可行的防控措施对控制病毒传播具有重大意义.急诊科结合国家发布的管控指南、医院感染的各类规范指南和既往经验,制定基于标准预防和基于传播途径预防的措施和流程并督促落实,以防止发生急诊医务人员SARS-CoV-2感染和患者交叉感染.针对传染病防控的关键环节,从患者管理、布局流程、空气和环境表面消毒、个人防护、保护医务人员等方面详细制定感染防控措施.The outbreak of pneumonia caused by new coronavirus(SARS-CoV-2)has entered a critical period in China.The hospital is an important place to treat the patients with pneumonia infected by SARS-CoV-2,especially the emergency department as a front-line first-line department,which is particularly important.And the feasible prevention and control measures are of great significance to control the spread of the virus.In the emergency department,combined with the control guidelines issued by the country,various normative guidelines for hospital infections and past experience,measures and procedures based on standard prevention and the prevention of transmission routes should be formulated in order to prevent the emergence of SARS-CoV-2 infection and cross-infection in emergency medical staff,the key aspects of infectious disease prevention and control include patient management,layout processes,air and environmental surface disinfection,personal protection,protecting medical personnel and other aspects to develop detailed infection prevention and control measures.
