摘 要:目的验证连二亚硫酸钠还原法对敌草快中毒快速检测评估的可行性.方法通过体外配制出不同浓度敌草快尿液样本,模拟不同中毒程度患者尿液情况,然后利用连二亚硫酸钠还原作用呈现颜色差异,对毒物浓度进行评估.结果含有不同浓度敌草快的尿液标本,在连二亚硫酸钠作用下,呈现不同的绿色,并且颜色深度与敌草快浓度密切相关.结论利用连二亚硫酸钠还原反应,可以快捷有效地对尿液中敌草快进行初步鉴别和半定量浓度判断.Objective To validate the feasibility of sodium dithionite reduction reaction to examine the diquat poisioning.Methods The urine sam ples of the patients with different degrees of diquat poisoning were prepared in vitro to simulate the urine condition of patients,and then the color difference can be compared and analyzed according to the reduction reaction of the sodium dithionite,and the concentrations of diquat in urine were evaluated furtherly.Results These urine sam ples with different concentration of diquat showed different green after the effect of sodium dithionite reduction reaction,and the depth of the color was related with the concentration of diquat.Conclusion By sodium dithionite reduction reaction,we can identify the diquat in the urine samples quickly and effectively,and detect it sem iquantitatively at the meantime.
