摘　　要：目的:分析No-Apnea模型在我国高血压患者中诊断阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)的价值。方法:选取2019年9月—11月就诊于新疆自治区人民医院高血压诊疗中心的住院患者。住院期间完善多导睡眠监测(PSG),同时测量颈围,登记年龄。根据睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数将患者分为无OSAS组,轻度OSAS组,中度OSAS组,重度OSAS组。通过绘制四格表计算敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、约登指数。结果:No-Apnea评分模型诊断不同程度OSAS的AUC面积分别为0.704、0.696、0.701。当截点选取为4分时,在诊断不同程度OSAS的敏感性、阳性预测值较截点为3分时升高,敏感性、阴性预测值较截点为3分时降低。但约登指数在截点为4分时较3分明显升高。结论:No-Apnea评分模型在高血压患者中对OSAS有一定的预测价值,当诊断截点选取为≥4时,预测能力较≥3高。Objective To evaluate the value of No-Apnea Model for diagnosing Objective Sleep Apnea Syndrome in hypertensive patients.Methods The participates were hospitalized in our hospital from Sep.2019 to Nov.2019,who receive the polysomnography and also provide their basic information about neck-circumference and age.According to AHI,we divide them into four groups:none-OSAS groups,mild-OSAS groups,moderate-OSAS groups and severe-OSAS groups.We also calculate the sensitive,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value,Youden index.Results No-Apnea model can diagnosis the OSAS in different level with the AUC of 0.704,0.696 and 0.701.When we select the 4 as the cutoff point,the Youden index is higher than the primary model.Conclusion No-Apnea model has a certain predictive value for OSAS in patients with hypertension.When the cut-off point is≥4,the predictive ability is higher than≥3.
