摘 要:准确可靠的反应堆热工水力分析对球床模块式高温气冷堆的设计及安全运行具有重要意义。基于氦气冷却剂在高温气冷堆堆芯的流动和传热进程,利用CFD软件构建高温气冷堆堆芯的三维耦合模型,模拟计算额定工况下氦气冷却剂在堆芯内的流动和传热过程,并将计算结果与使用THERMIX软件的计算结果进行对比。结果表明:在额定工况下三维模型的稳态计算结果与THERMIX计算数据吻合,相对误差小于1%,三维模型可用于模拟堆芯的冷却剂温度分布情况。研究结果可为后续开展高温气冷堆的堆芯旁流等复杂热工水力现象的分析奠定基础。Accurate and reliable reactor thermal hydraulic analysis has important significance for the design and safe operation of the pebble bed modular high temperature gas-cooled reactor. Based on the helium coolant flow and heat transfer process at the core of high temperature gas-cooled reactor,we establish a three-dimensional coupled model by using CFD( computational fluid dynamics)software to simulate the flow and heat transfer of helium coolant at the core. Then the model is verified by comparison of the calculation results with the published results using THERMIX software.The results show that the steady-state results using the three-dimensional model are in agreement with THERMIX calculation data under the rated working conditions,and the relative error is less than 1%. The three-dimensional model simulates the coolant temperature distribution at the core.The research results lay the foundation for the subsequent analysis of complex thermal hydraulic phenomena such as core bypass of high temperature gas-cooled reactor.
