豚草花粉在夏秋季花粉症中的致敏特点分析

摘　　要：目的通过对夏秋季节花粉症的研究了解豚草花粉的致敏特点.方法对2017年8~9月夏秋季节就诊的典型花粉症患者纳入研究,均进行艾蒿、豚草、藜草sIgE水平检测.同时,采用蛋白芯片法进行蒿属及豚草部分组分蛋白检测.结果126例花粉症患者被纳入本研究.艾蒿sIgE浓度显著高于豚草和藜科(P<0.01).仅有1.6%患者为豚草花粉单一过敏,豚草花粉与艾蒿花粉共同致敏率为65.8%,与藜科花粉的共同致敏率为45.2%,44.4%的患者对3种花粉同时过敏.在豚草和艾蒿sIgE同时阳性的8例患者中,组分检测显示Amb a 1均为阴性,其他组分的阳性率依次为Art an 2(87.5%),Art an 1(75%),Art an 3(62.5%).结论组分蛋白检测结果初步证实,豚草花粉致敏实际上可能为蒿属花粉引起的交叉过敏反应.OBJECTVIE To explore the sensitization feature and cross-reactivity of ragweed pollen among hay fever subjects.METHODS Typical hay fever subjects with symptoms in August and September were enrolled with sIgE tests of mugwort,ragweed and goosefoot pollen allergen.Meanwhile,allergen components were detected by using protein chip technology.RESULTSTotally 126 patients were included.The concentration of mugwort allergen was significantly higher than that of ragweed and goosefoot allergen(P<0.01).44.4% subjects were multi-sensitized by three weed pollens while only 1.6% was found to be mono-sensitized to ragweed.The co-sensitization rate was 65.8% for mugwort and ragweed while it was 45.2% for ragweed and goosefoot allergen.The Amb a 1 sIgE test was negative for 8 subjects co-sensitized to ragweed and mugwort while the most common sensitized components were Art an 2(87.5%),Art an 1(75.0%) and Art an 3(62.5%).CONCLUSION Ragweed sensitization is mainly due to cross-reactivity which could be proved by component diagnosing.
