子宫内膜异位症遗传易感性与巨噬细胞移动抑制因子基因多态性关系

摘　　要：目的探究巨噬细胞移动抑制因子基因与子宫内膜异位症遗传易感性关系。方法随机抽取我院2017年1月~2018年12月期间收入卵巢型子宫内膜异位症并实施腹腔镜术式治疗患者共计80例作为本次观察组,另选取同期收入其他健康人群开展腹腔镜手术治疗患者80例作为本次对照组,两组均开展聚合酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性分析技术,测量两组巨噬细胞移动抑制因子基因多态性,分析基因多态性与子宫内膜异位症之间关系。结果两组rs4822446 A/G中等位基因、基因型比较无显著差异(P>0.05),两组rs4822443 G/A中等位基因、基因型比较差异显著(P<0.05),两组rs2012133 G/C中等位基因、基因型比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论巨噬细胞移动抑制因子基因多态性与子宫内膜异位症遗传易感性关系分析得出,rs4822443 G/A、rs2012133 G/C与疾病发生相关。Objective:To explore the relationship between macrophage migration inhibitor gene and genetic susceptibility to endometriosis.Methods:80Eighty patients with ovarian endometriosis who received laparoscopic surgery from January 2017 to December 2018 in our hospital were randomly selected as the observation group.Another 80 patients who received laparoscopic surgery from other healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group.Both groups were treated with polymerase chain reaction-restriction.Sex fragment length polymorphism analysis was used to measure the gene polymorphism of macrophage migration inhibitor in two groups,and analyzed the relationship between gene polymorphism and endometriosis.Results:There was no significant difference in rs4822446 A/G allele and genotype between the two groups(P>0.05).There was significant difference in rs 4822443 G/A allele and genotype between the two groups(P<0.05).There was significant difference in rs2012133 G/C allele and genotype between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The genetic polymorphisms of macrophage migration inhibitory factor and the genetic susceptibility of endometriosis are analyzed,the results showed that rs4822443 G/A and rs2012133 G/C were related to the occurrence of endometriosis.
