超声对胎儿泌尿系统畸形的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的本次研究为探讨超声检查对孕中晚期胎儿泌尿系统畸形的诊断价值。方法选取经本院产前超声检查诊断为胎儿泌尿系畸形的50例孕妇,并且全部经临床引产解剖病理确定或者分娩后体检确定。结果经本院产前超声检查诊断为胎儿泌尿系畸形50例孕妇中,发现存在肾积水29例,畸形率58%(29/50)。多囊性发育不良肾8例,畸形率16%(8/50)。多囊肾2例,畸形率4%(2/50)。肾缺如2例,畸形率4%(2/50)。重复肾3例,畸形率6%(3/50)。马蹄肾2 例,畸形率4%(2/50)。异位肾1例,畸形率2%(1/50)。脐尿管囊肿2例,畸形率4%(2/50)。后尿道瓣膜1例,畸形率2%(1/50)。结论产前进行超声检查对胎儿是否存在泌尿系统畸形具有比较高的临床诊断价值。Objective:This study is to explore the ultrasonic examination of pregnant period to assess the diagnostic value of fetal urinary tract malformation.Methods:Selected by our hospital prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of fetal urinary tract malformation of 50 cases of pregnant women,and all the clinical anatomy of the induced labor pathological identification of or after delivery.Results:By our hospital prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of fetal urinary tract malformation in 50 cases of pregnant women,found the kidney seeper 29 cases,the malformation rate was 58%(29/50).A multicystic dysplastic kidney,8 cases of malformation rate was 16%(8/50).Polycystic kidney in 2 cases,abnormal rate was 4%(2/50).Kidney deficiency,such as in 2 cases,deformity rate was 4%(2/50).Repeated renal 3 cases,deformity rate was 6%(3/50).Horseshoe kidney in 2 cases,abnormal rate was 4%(2/50).Ectopic kidney in 1 case,and malformation rate was 2%(1/50).Urachal cyst 2 cases,deformity rate was 4%(2/50).Posterior urethral valve in 1 case and malformation rate was 2%(1/50).Conclusion:Prenatal ultrasound for urinary system about the existence of fetal malformation has a relatively high value of clinical diagnosis.
