医联体模式下信息集成平台的建设与实践

摘　　要：为解决医疗联合体内医疗资源的上下贯通,实现医疗机构之间业务协同工作和诊疗信息的互联互通,应用Orion Health公司研发的Rhapsody引擎,构建数据交换集成平台,为医联体医疗机构提供企业服务总线(ESB),基于面向服务架构(SOA)实现分级预约诊疗、处方标本流转、双向转诊转检、检查检验结果互认、健康信息数据共享、药品共享调拨等管理,改善患者看病就医感受,提升医疗服务体系效能。In order to realize the connection of medical resources,business cooperation and the interconnection of diagnosis and treatment information among members of the Medical Association,a set of Information Integration Platform is constructed by using Rhapsody Engine of Orion Health Company,which provides Enterprise Service Bus(ESB).Based on the Service Oriented Architec⁃ture(SOA)technology,the management of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,prescription and specimen circulation,two-way re⁃ferral,mutual recognition of medical test results,health information data sharing,drug sharing and distribution is realized in the members of the Medical Association.As a result,the patient satisfaction and the efficiency of the medical service system are im⁃proved.
