摘　　要：为了方便大学生找工作,提高大学生就业效率,设计开发了基于JAVA的大学生网络招聘系统。系统主要由前台后台两个部分组成,前台用于用户注册、登录、招聘信息展示、企业宣传、求职信息发布等;后台主要由管理员对用户、招聘信息、网站信息等管理与维护。系统实现了大学生网上招聘的基本功能,经测试,系统运行稳定,有一定的应用价值。In order to facilitate college students to find jobs and improve their employment efficiency,a java-based college students online recruitment system is designed and developed.The system is mainly composed of two parts of the foreground and back⁃ground.The foreground is used for user registration,login,recruitment information display,enterprise publicity,job information re⁃lease,etc.The background is mainly managed and maintained by the administrator for users,recruitment information,website infor⁃mation,etc.The system has realized the basic function of online recruitment for college students.
